PUMP FIT Is an exhilarating total body workout. This class includes both respiratory & cardiovascular conditioning in the form of counting aloud, step, self-defense, or hi/low aerobics. Plus strength training using hand held weights and a creative tidbit of independent dancing to keep your body moving. This class is a great workout for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.
